In our dodgeball sessions we will be working on the fundamentals of dodgeball. This includes our agility and dodging skills. Also, our throwing and catching skills.

Similarly, to football in our basketball sessions we will be working on skills such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and working as a team. Our aim is to then develop these skills into match situations.

All games of tennis consist of six basic strokes: the serve, forehand groundstroke, backhand groundstroke, forehand volley, backhand volley, and the overhead smash. These are the skills we will aim to develop in these sessions

During our Multisport sessions we will be combining a variety of different sports to help develop children’s general sporting skills.
