Y2 Trip to Fire Brigade Museum

The children will hear the story of the fire, how it started and the events as they unfolded, helping to bring the people, places and history to life. In this session the pupils will be encouraged to engage with equipment and uniforms from the London Fire Brigade Museum’s collection. They will take part in an interactive session and use objects to show them how firefighting has changed since the Great Fire of London up to today, using objects from across this 350 year period.
