Collective Worship

Collective Worship is an integral part of St. Stephen’s C of E Primary School.

Our pupils participate in Collective Worship every day learning about stories from the Bibles and studying in depth the Christian Values.

We have close links to our local Church, St. Stephen’s, where we celebrate key dates throughout the year such as Christmas, Easter and the Leaver’s performance.

Parents are welcome to attend class Collective Worship on a Thursday and also Collective Worship on a Friday led by Reverend Bill Wilson.

This year children, in Collective Worship, will learn in depth about 6 Christian values:

  • Autumn 1 – Compassion
  • Autumn 2 – Forgiveness
  • Spring 1 – Endurance
  • Spring 2 – Trust
  • Summer 1 – Friendship
  • Summer 2 – Hope

Shown on the right are a few display boards pupils created showing three Christian Values.
